Please follow all directions carefully. You are returning a sensitive electronic piece of equipment. Please ensure that the unit is properly packed in the original PackworldUSA shipping container and packaging materials. Units that are received Damaged WILL NOT be repaired until shipping carrier is notified. Ground Service shipping is NOT recommended, please use 2-Day or better service. If you do not have the original container, please call your PW contact for an approved PackworldUSA container at a charge of $75.00 (includes ground service). We recommend insuring the shipment for the full replacement cost.
