Simple, Safe Operation and Verification
The RES 400 Series Controllers have simplified keypad settings
for temperature, heating (dwell) time, and cooling. Cooling is optionally
time or temperature based. Fault detection is LCD displayed.
FDA/GMP Validation
Designed for validation, these heat sealers provide verification
and feedback on all heat sealing parameters. Temperature
and timing functions are set with keypad accuracy and can be verified
with the
display and with the optional data logger. Sealing time
begins only after the prescribed temperature has been reached. The
jaws remain
closed until the heat seal cool down temperature is reached.
Visual lock-out alarms alert the operator of functional problems.
Heat sealing
pressure is set by air regulators.
Options:
Custom Designs
These machines can be tailored to meet your specific needs. Vacuum Option
For removing excess air from the package features retractable
nozzle and automatic vacuum sensing. The nozzles retract
only after a preset level of vacuum has been obtained.
Purge
Used to introduce a gas into the pouch environment for your
product. Utilizes the same nozzle system as the vacuum
option. Can be used in conjunction with the vacuum system.
Alloy-20 Bands
An array of heatseal bands to suit your specific applications
including Heat Seal/Cut bands.
Datalogger for permanent heat seal records
Produce a printed hard copy record of the heat seal parameters,
either periodic samples or a permanent record of every
heat seal for FDA documentation.
